👉 Where are you based? 

We are based in Music City and all orders are processed and shipped out of our new facility in beautiful Nashville, TN.

👉 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We offer one shipping method, USPS First Class Mail Service anywhere in the world. They offer 3-5 day shipping Domestic and 2-3 day priority shipping.

👉 Which days do you ship?

We ship orders Monday through Saturday, with the exception of holidays.

👉 How do I track my order?

Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

No, the sticker magnets are single-use for hygiene and effectiveness. You’ll need to use a new pair of magnets each time you apply FlowMag.

👉 Are they safe/comfy?

Yes and yes, FlowMag™ uses skin friendly adhesive and is buily for daily use.
